We have been involved the past five years with the Central Washington HomeBuilders Association (CWHBA), based in Yakima. CWHBA serves Yakima, Klickitat, and Kittitas Counties.

As a verifier for the Built Green program we have promoted ducting sealing and air sealing of homes and test new homes for several of Yakima County’s finest homebuilders. Consider it a subset of an energy audit. If you are not sure about your home’s leakage or you have suspicions of Indoor Air Quality or Moisture problems you should have your home tested. It is not unusual to have contaminants enter your home through a leaky crawl space ducts system.
